SPOTTED FLYCATCHERS

This is a request, please, to start looking out for birds now, and to let me know immediately you see one, whether ringed or not, at: spofl@cambridgebirdclub.org.uk

Our highest priority target, which we need to catch, are the geolocator-tagged birds with red metal rings. We need to download the tag data to see where the birds have been. Second in importance are our un-tagged controls, with blue metal rings. There will also be birds around which we have ringed as nestlings; these will just have an uncoloured silver metal ring.

Cam Washes - 2 Mediterranean Gulls, 2 Little Ringed Plover, 2 Green Sandpipers, Peregrine (Jon and David Heath)

Dogsthorpe Tip - Iceland Gull (Mike Weeden)

Earith - Smew (Brendan Doe)

Grafham Water - Red-necked Grebe and Great Northern Diver both still present, adult Glaucous Gull (Richard Patient)
