SPOTTED FLYCATCHERS

This is a request, please, to start looking out for birds now, and to let me know immediately you see one, whether ringed or not, at: spofl@cambridgebirdclub.org.uk

Our highest priority target, which we need to catch, are the geolocator-tagged birds with red metal rings. We need to download the tag data to see where the birds have been. Second in importance are our un-tagged controls, with blue metal rings. There will also be birds around which we have ringed as nestlings; these will just have an uncoloured silver metal ring.

Grafham Water - 2 Sanderling, 2 Black Tern, 10+ Arctic Tern (Mark Hawkes); 3 further Sanderling (Mark Ward)

Berry Fen - 7 Black Tern, Garganey, Mandarin (Jeremy Lindsell)
