SPOTTED FLYCATCHERS

This is a request, please, to start looking out for birds now, and to let me know immediately you see one, whether ringed or not, at: spofl@cambridgebirdclub.org.uk

Our highest priority target, which we need to catch, are the geolocator-tagged birds with red metal rings. We need to download the tag data to see where the birds have been. Second in importance are our un-tagged controls, with blue metal rings. There will also be birds around which we have ringed as nestlings; these will just have an uncoloured silver metal ring.

Maxey GP - Ruff, 4 Green Sandpiper (John Saunders); 22+ islandica Black-tailed Godwit, 12 Dunlin (Will Bowell)

Paxton Pits - 11 Little Egret, 19 Black-tailed Godwit, 14 Dunlin, Green Sandpiper, 3 Common Sandpiper (Martin Davis, Jamie Wells)
