Siberian Chiffchaff - Grafham Water

Possible sighting of 3 Siberian Chiffchaffs in the nature reserve adjacent to Mander Car Park.

Features of note incl. golden-brown upper parts and face, very creamy white underbelly, a white patch on the primaries (sometimes present in Siberian C.) and [distinguishing it from female chaffinch] a narrow non-finch-like mandible, a black stripe cutting through the eye (horizontal) and a dumpy bull-necked jizz.
